A long time ago, a human ventured into the deep woods to plea with the spirit of the forest to save her home from a natural disaster. Instead, she herself became part of the forest, becoming its keeper. The home is a tree house, but like the character, shows that it has existed for a long time. It’s derelict but livable and covered in plant life. The character has access to tools and technology on the same level of the 19th-century real world. Even the items and furniture are mossy and overgrown.
